Product Support
Product support is provided through the Product Wiki, the FAQ, and the Autelis Forums. By using these tools you will receive the fastest and most comprehensive answers to your product questions. In addition, you may submit support tickets through the Ticket System if you need additional assistance. However, we recommend that you first post your questions and support requests on the FAQ and/or the Autelis Forums for your specific product as these allow for community support and development.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days for all in-stock items. Your order will ship via Fedex or USPS carriers. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. The cost for shipping is based upon the total size and weight of the products in your order. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page.
Privacy & Security
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order and to comply with any laws by which we are bound. All payment information is secured by our reliable payment processors and no payment information is stored locally on our systems.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience problems with any of the items in your order or are not completely satisfied, please submit a support ticket through the Ticket System to begin the return/exchange process. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. All non-defective items must include the original packaging and accessories and be in the condition they were in when you received them or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Ordering
All orders should be placed through our online shopping cart system which is always available. Orders will be processed in the order by which they were received, subject to product availability. Order processing times are usually between 1-2 business days for in-stock items.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We may offer promotions and special offers to our newsletter subscribers. We reserve the right to limit these promotional offers to specific customers or groups of customers. The coupon codes we issue and authorize are subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • * Unless otherwise noted on the coupon, all coupon codes are issued with a minimum purchase requirement.
  • * All coupon codes include an expiration date. Coupons will expire at 12:01 am PST on the date the coupon expires.
  • * Certain items may be excluded from the coupon and will not be eligible for the discount nor contribute to the minimum purchase requirement.
  • * The coupon code must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout on the payment page. Failure to do so does not entitle the customer to a refund of the coupon discount amount after the sale.
  • * Unless specifically noted on the coupon, coupons are valid for one use per customer, household, or address.
  • * We reserve the right to cancel and void any order if we determine the coupon used was unauthorized, ineligible, or in violation of any of the terms associated with the offer.
